GoFan is the Official Platform for all OIA Paid Events.

  • Game schedules are available https://www.oiasports.com/
  • STUDENT ATHLETIC PASS may be purchased on GoFan.
  • Student Passes are $35.00 for the SY 2026-27.  STUDENT ID REQUIRED AND MUST BE PRESENTED WITH PASS FOR ACCESS. PASS IS GOOD FOR KAHUKU HOME AND AWAY REGULAR SEASON GAMES ONLY. NOT GOOD FOR PRE SEASON GAMES AND PLAYOFFS.

LOCKER ROOM HOURS

Girls Athletic Locker Room Hours:

  • Before School:  7:30 am - 7:50 am
  • After School: 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Coaches Supervision 

 

Boys Athletic Locker Room Hours:

  • Before School:  7:30 am - 7:50 am
  • After School: 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Coaches Supervision

 

Athletes may drop off their athletic bags in the mornings before school so you do not need to carry them around with you throughout the day. The doors will be locked at 7:50 am and reopened at 3:00 pm.

 

Athletes may change and get ready for respective practices. Only practice shoes may be permitted to leave in the lockers. Personal locks need to be provided and taken off after your season. School is not responsible for property. 

 

The gym bathrooms will be opened daily at 3:00 pm for athletes to change for practices. The field bathrooms will be opened for the duration of practices on the field.

Tryout/Workout Procedure (9th - 12th Grade Only)

All Students must be enrolled in school in-order to Try Out or Participate.

Required Information for Optionals or Tryouts

  • Current Physical Form SUBMIT TO THE ATHLETIC TRAINER (Side of the Gym)
  • Current Assumption of Risk Form SUBMIT TO THE ATHLETIC TRAINER (Side of the Gym)
  • Forms available on the school website, athletic home page, in the front office, or athletic trainers.
  • Athlete signs up with the Trainer
  • Receive an ATHLETIC CLEARANCE FORM (ACF)
  • Sign off the ACF at the Registrar's Office
  • Submit the ACF to the Head Coach for the Sport Trying Out or Participating in
  • Appropriate attire for athletic participation
  • Athletic Trainers’ Hours: After School - 4:00PM  daily to sign forms; Summer - 12:30PM - 3:30PM

Once all forms are submitted, you will be given access to sign up.  You will receive a Clearance Form to be signed for Obligations at the Registrar’s OfficeBoth of these forms must be turned in to the Head Coach in order to participate. If you have an injury or are currently under a doctor’s care, you are required to show up for tryouts, give Athletic Trainers all Dr. notes.
