ATHLETIC TICKET SALES


GoFan is the Official Platform for all OIA Paid Events.

  • Game schedules will be available shortly.
  • Student Activity Pases may be purchased on GoFan and may be purchased effective immediately.
  • Student Passes are $25.00 for the SY 2023-24.  STUDENT ID REQUIRED AND MUST BE PRESENTED WITH PASS FOR ACCESS. PASS IS GOOD FOR KAHUKU HOME AND AWAY REGULAR SEASON GAMES ONLY.

CONGRATULATIONS to the VARSITY FOOTBALL TEAM & COACHES. Congratulations to all the Varsity Football players who worked hard to earn this Elite Championship - 3 years in a row.  Fantastic Achievement!! A BIG Mahalo to Coach Sterling Carvalho and his coaching staff for all their hard work, dedication, and efforts towards achieving this huge success.

LOCKER ROOM HOURS

Girls Athletic Locker Room Hours:

  • Before School:  7:30 am - 7:50 am
  • After School: 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Coaches Supervision 

 

Boys Athletic Locker Room Hours:

  • Before School:  7:30 am - 7:50 am
  • After School: 3:00 pm - 3:30 pm - Coaches Supervision

 

Athletes may drop off their athletic bags in the mornings before school so you do not need to carry them around with you throughout the day. The doors will be locked at 7:50 am and reopened at 3:00 pm.

 

Athletes may change and get ready for respective practices. Only practice shoes may be permitted to leave in the lockers. Personal locks need to be provided and taken off after your season. School is not responsible for property. 

 

The gym bathrooms will be opened daily at 3:00 pm for athletes to change for practices. The field bathrooms will be opened for the duration of practices on the field.

ALL ATHLETIC OPTIONAL SPORTS WORKOUT REQUIRED DOCUMENTS & INFORMATION 

 

Who:           All incoming enrolled Grade 9-12 students for SY 2023-2024

Required:   -Current Physical & Concussion Form

                    -Current Assumption of Risk Form

                   -A signed Parent/Guardian Permission Form to participate

 

All forms need to be submitted to the Athletic Trainer prior to participating in any workouts.

Once all forms are submitted, the Parent/Guardian Permission Form will be provided.

Fall Sports (9-12th Grade Only)
Work Outs/Practice Information (9th - 12th Grade Only)

All Students must be enrolled in school in-order to Try Out or Participate.

Out of State Transfers must be enrolled in school before the first season game in order to Try out for a Team (Kahuku Rule).

Procedure Required for ALL Student Athletes

1. Submit a current Sports Physical and Concussion Form, Assumption of Risk Form to the Athletic Trainer.
Athletes will be given access to sign up for the sport by the Athletic Trainer after the Physical & Assumption of Risk Form is submitted.  
Athletes will be given a Clearance Form (NO Physicals & Assumption of Risk Form submitted NO Participation).
If your Physical is still current, you will only need to submit an Assumption of Risk Form for a new sport.
2. Submit the Clearance Form (Received from the Athletic Trainer) to the coach.

Required Items to bring for ALL Student Athletes

1. Towel (Own personal may not be shared)
2. Water Jug (Own personal may not be shared, at least ½ Gal - 1Gal Container)
3. Shoes (Own personal may not be shared, appropriate for the sport and workout area)
4. Socks (Own personal may not be shared)

Tryout/Workout Procedure (9th - 12th Grade Only)

All Students must be enrolled in school in-order to Try Out or Participate.

1.  Student Athlete picks up Physical Form & Assumption of Risk Form from the front office (or download from School website Physical & Assumption of Risk Form).

2.  Submit completed forms to the Athletic Trainer after school hours (check for signatures, One person may submit).

3.  Student Athlete receives an Athletic Clearance Form from the Athletic Trainer (Signed by Athletic Trainer).

4.  Student Athlete takes the Athletic Clearance Form to front office Account Clerk after school, to clear financial obligations.

5.  Student Athlete submits the Athletic Clearance Form to the Coach in order to tryout/workout.

6.  Coach checks the Athletic Clearance Form for all signatures.

7.  After the team is made, the Coach submits all Athletic Clearance Forms to the Athletic Director.
