We’re glad you’re here.

A sense of purpose, a sense of place, and a sense of belonging.

Kahuku High & Intermediate School (KHIS) has provided generations of students with academic, artistic, and athletic excellence since 1897.
KHIS serves approximately 1,400 students in grades seven through twelve and is part of the Kahuku Complex in the Windward O‘ahu District. Our elementary feeder schools include Ka‘a‘awa, Hau‘ula, Lā‘ie, Kahuku, and Sunset Beach; and span across 25 miles of Ko’olauloa communities.

Our Mission: KHIS is a place where we advocate for all students to achieve the Portrait of a Kahuku Graduate by aligning our practices, breaking down barriers, and providing rigorous academic opportunities.
