Application Deadline: Wednesday October 25, 2017 in the front office. 
Flu Shot Clinic is for grades 7 and 8 only.  
Shot applications were handed out to all intermediate advisory teachers.  If you need another application you can pick one up from the front office.  Any questions please call Mr. Santiago at 305-7323.
