STUDENT LIFE PHOTOS FOR NEXT YEAR'S YEARBOOK 
Calling all photographers! During this summer please keep in mind that we want your photographs in the 
student life section of our 2016 yearbook. Take a picture showing hobbies, adventure, fashion, talent, 
and most any other topic that fits in the student life section. Please keep in mind all school rules apply to 
the content of the photos. No gang signs, no dangerous activity, and appropriate dress code rules will 
apply.  Mahalo for your participation.

DANCE TEAM AUDITIONS 
Due to an added interest in the dance team, auditions have been moved to Thursday June 4th.  There 
will be open dance rehearsals and fitness sessions today.  Fitness attire and proper shoes are required.  
All girls in grades 9-12 may participate with a completed physical clearance.  You may pick up a 
physical form at the front office.  Please attend all open rehearsal days to prepare for auditions June

If you are not getting your childs progress report or report cards, please call the registrars
office @ 305-7351 to double check your mailing address and phone number.  We do get
returned mail and leave messages on phone numbers that we have on file.

FINAL TRANSCRIPTS must be requested through the registrars office to be sent 
to your final School, NCAA, Military recruiter, etc.

To request on-line transcripts please go to our school website:
Kahukuhigh.org, alumni tab, transcript request form.  Download form, fill out and 
follow all directions and bring in to the reqistrars office or mail.

Parents:  If your son/daughter is leaving Kahuku High & Intemediate School at the end of the school year, 
please remember to come and release them from Q-1 the Registrars Office.  The next school your 
son/daughter will be attending will need their paper work.  Your son/daughter will need to clear out
through the business office and through teachers.  We will not process any paper work with out
parent signature.  NOT FOR GRADUATING SENIORS
